3 Tips to Be Red Carpet Ready this Fall and Winter + Face of the Day!

I love fall and winter fashion, but I hate what this time of the year does to my face. The dry patches, skin irritation, and dry lips, are definitely not fashionable, and can make us feel a bit insecure, but there are some things we can do to look and feel red carpet ready every day. 

Tips to be red carpet ready this fall/winter

1) Be fashionable! Remember that it doesn't matter if it rains or shines, there are styles for every occasion and weather situation. Rain boots, trench coats, and sweaters don't have to be boring, you can add your own twist to each of them to make your own style. 

2) This is a year round tip, smile! A smile never goes out of style and makes you look divina (divine), no matter what the weather is like. 

3) Be confident. If you are like me, it can be a bit hard to feel confident when the weather irritates your skin and gives you the horrible dry patches. But, I try to keep my face well hydrated and I choose my foundation wisely, because some foundations can dry your skin and increase the dryness. I recommend using a BB cream during this time of the year because it provides moisture and hydration. Most BB creams also have a good amount of sun protection, which helps prevent the appearance of premature wrinkles and other skin conditions. Amo la época y la moda de otoño/invierno, pero odio lo que esta época causa en la piel de mi rostro. La resequedad, irritación, y labios secos, no son nada "fashion" y nos pueden hacer sentir inseguras. 2) Este tip es para todo el año, sonríe! Una sonrisa nunca pasa de moda y hace que te veas divina todo el tiempo. 

3) Ten seguridad en ti misma. Si eres como yo, puede ser un poco difícil sentirse segura cuando el clima hace que tu piel se sienta seca e irritada. Que hago yo? Trato de mantener mi piel hidratada todo el tiempo. También escojo mi base de maquillaje muy bien, ya que algunas bases te pueden incrementar la resequedad.
